How long does it take to get my pair?
Printing takes roughly nine to sixteen hours depending on the model. Add assembly, inspection and shipping from Lugano, and most pairs arrive within ten to fourteen days of checkout. You receive a link to your build sheet the moment printing starts.
Can I return a shoe that was made for me?
Yes. Every pair comes with a thirty-day fit guarantee. If the fit is not right we reprint it in a new size at no cost, or refund you. Returned shoes are shredded and reprinted through Star Flash Return, so nothing goes to landfill.
Can I choose my own colours?
Each line comes in the colourways we print; you choose the colour and the size on the product page. Full colour customization in the Studio is coming; join the list in the footer for early access.
How durable is a 3D-printed shoe?
Our lattice material is rated for 600 km of running before the cells begin to soften, in line with premium foam midsoles. The knit shell has no seams to fail. When a pair is done, send it back and we reprint it.
Where are Star Flash shoes made?
Every pair is designed, printed and assembled in our microfactory in Lugano, Switzerland. As we grow we plan to open more microfactories close to the people we serve, so shoes travel less and arrive faster.
